1. Who We Are

Elevaprint ("we", "us", "our") is an online service that lets athletes turn their Strava activity data into printable wall art posters. Our website is www.elevaprint.com.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service:

  • Strava activity data — when you connect your Strava account, we request read access to your activities (name, type, GPS polyline, distance, date). We do not store your Strava credentials.
  • Payment information — payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We only store a Stripe Payment Intent ID to verify your purchase and prevent duplicate exports.
  • Email address — if you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email with our email service provider (Loops.so) to send you product updates. This is optional.
  • Usage data — we may collect anonymous usage information (page views, browser type) via standard server logs to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To generate your poster from the Strava activity data you select.
  • To verify your payment before delivering the poster download.
  • To send you product updates if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • We do not sell your data to any third party.
  • We do not use your Strava data for any purpose other than generating your requested poster.

4. Strava Data

Elevaprint uses the Strava API to access your activity data. By connecting your Strava account, you authorize Elevaprint to read your activities on your behalf. Your Strava access token is used only for the duration of your session and is not stored on our servers after your session ends.

You can revoke Elevaprint's access to your Strava account at any time from your Strava account settings.

We retain your Stripe Payment Intent ID for up to 90 days to prevent duplicate poster exports. We do not retain your Strava activity data after your session ends. Newsletter subscribers' emails are retained until you unsubscribe.

8. Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our site may use essential session cookies required for the Strava OAuth flow and payment process.
