Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Elevaprint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Elevaprint is an online tool that allows athletes to connect their Strava account, select activities, and generate a high-resolution poster image for personal use. The Service delivers a downloadable PNG file upon successful payment.

3. Strava Account

To use the Service you must connect a valid Strava account. You are responsible for your Strava account and must comply with Strava's Terms of Service. Elevaprint is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava, Inc.

4. Payment and Refunds

• Each poster export costs $7.00 USD, charged at the time of download.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• If you are not satisfied with your poster for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at contact@elevaprint.com.

5. License and Permitted Use

Upon successful payment, Elevaprint grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated poster for personal, non-commercial purposes, including:

• Printing the poster for personal display at home or in a private space.
• Sharing the image on personal social media accounts.

You may not resell, redistribute, or use the generated poster for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Elevaprint.

6. Intellectual Property

The Elevaprint platform, design, and software are the intellectual property of Elevaprint. Map tiles are provided by Mapbox under their respective license. Activity data belongs to you and is sourced from Strava under their API terms.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its API.
• Circumvent the payment system to access poster exports without payment.
• Use the Service in a way that violates Strava's API Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. Elevaprint is not responsible for any inaccuracies in activity data sourced from Strava.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevaprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest update.
